This article will provide you with an overview of the notifications generated upon the submission of rental applications by prospective tenants through the 2Apply platform. It will also provide guidance on the steps to access and activate these notifications within your account.
1. Navigate to Messages > Applications > References, click Application Events.

2. Click Edit Messages to edit the message template, Enable the desired notification channels by selecting the Email and/or SMS checkboxes. Once you have made your selections, click Save to confirm and apply the changes.
