2Apply Web settings: Utility Connections
This is a System Support only process. Please contact your Support Team (Details in the Help > Contact Us tab) and they will make these changes.
This article will run through how to refer clients to a utility provider within your account.
1. Navigate to Settings > Applications > 2ApplyWeb Admin.
2. In the Utility Connections tab, click the selection dropdown menu and choose a utility provider, if your client wishes to commence with a connection agreement, select the Show Connection Agreement checkbox. Click Save once completed.
Note: A third party staff member from the selected utility provider will contact the tenant to arrange utility services.
