Adding Medicare Information


 

This article will guide you through the Medicare information page within the ID Documents section.

1. Navigate to Letting > Applications > Properties, click on View Apps adjacent to the property address you wish to access.

 

2. Click View to access the desired application.

 

3. Within the Quick Access Bar on the left, click the ID Document Review Icon (this will direct to the said section, where you can review and verify that all required ID document fields have been supplied by your applicant match the file.)

 

4. Complete all designated fields and then click Save & Add File once completed.

Note: following this you will be prompted to upload the file accordingly.

 

5. Either select each individual tick-box adjacent to the Medicare required fields as highlighted or select the Approve All fields checkbox once the identification details are verified.
