Allow duplicate inquiries - Rentals
This article will run through how to allow duplicate enquiries for rentals.
IRE considers enquiries by the same person for the same property to be duplicates.
Choosing to allow duplicate enquiries means that IRE willâ¯notâ¯consider these enquiries as duplicates if they happen more than 5 minutes apart and thus will generate the corresponding email/SMS for them.
1. Navigate to Settings > Admin > Letting Enquiries.

2. Select theâ¯Duplicate Enquiriesâ¯Tab and tick Allowâ¯Duplicate Enquiries.
