Applications Settings - References

This article will run through the application settings for references.  

1. Navigate to Settings > Applications > References, click on the Reference Default tab.

Reference Defaults: This section includes the Reference Expiry and the Call Only Option for a Referee.

2. Navigate to Settings > Applications > References, click on the Automatic References tab.

Automatic Requests: These Automatic Requests will send out the reference request as soon as the application enters your account if this setting is enabled.

3. Navigate to Settings > Applications > References, click on the Reference Contacts tab.

Reference Contacts: This section will allow you to include the information on References that you receive in case you need to flag any of the Reference Requests for multiple applications that come through.

4. Navigate to Settings > Applications > References, click on the Reference Questions tab.

Reference Questions: Within this section, you can navigate to each reference type and select/ unselect the questions that you would like to include in the reference.
