Auto-update Application Status Rule
The article will run through the process by which an active application is automatically removed from the shortlisted queue following a specific status update.
1. Navigate to Settings > Applications > Status Rules.
2. Scroll down to the Auto Update Application to Shortlisted on Status Change section, click the dropdown menu and choose the desired status change. Click Save once completed.
- To configure multiple status rules, click Add Rule to initiate the rule creation process. From the dropdown menu that appears, select an additional status rule to apply.
- If you need to remove a status rule, simply click Delete associated with the rule you wish to delete.
