Can multiple people have the same email or mobile when applying?

Yes! 2Apply will allow you to create multiple user profiles within the login. This means you can have a partner duo or even groups with the same email and/or mobile number.

When creating the account, please select the Create Account option as per the screenshot below.

This will then bring up the “Let’s get started!” screen where you will be required to enter in your; Full Name, Email address, Mobile number, Desired PIN and where you are planning to live to be able to create your 2Apply account.

If both accounts have the same matching Email, Phone Number and Pin, we will ask you what account you would like to enter once the verification code for the account has been entered, and you can select the appropriate account to now be logged in to.

Please see the following steps to start a group application below.

1. The First Applicant (Champion Applicant) will receive the specific 2Apply link from the agency and will use it to log into their account. (No other applicants in this group for the application should use this link)
2. Once you have logged in, navigate to the Other Occupants section of your account and select, couple, group or family.

3. Select the Add Applicant button.

4. Include the details for Applicant 2, ensuring that you include the exact name, email and phone number assigned to Applicant 2’s 2Apply account.

5. Save and send the link to Applicant 2

6. Repeat the previous steps for any additional Applicants.

The Other Applicant will now receive a new email from 2Apply on behalf of Applicant 1 to join onto the application by logging into their 2Apply account. Once all Applicants have then submitted their application, all applicants will receive email confirmation that the application is with the agency.
