Capturing Enquiries from Zango (Zango API)

This article will run through the enabling of the Zango API to allow the capturing of Zango enquiries within Reapit Lettings.

Note: You don't need to enable this again if you already did so in either in the Sales or Lettings BDM admin enquiry settings. If you do not know your office id, please contact Zango directly.

1. Click on Settings.
2. Click on Admin.
3. Click on Letting Enquiries.
4. Click the Enquiry APIs.
5. Navigate to Zango Settings.
6. Enter your Zango Office ID (e.g., 12345), then select the Enabled checkbox.
7. Click on Save.
8. Contact Zango directly via feeds@zango.com.au and request for the integration to be enabled to allow enquiries made on Zango listings to load into Lettings.
