This article will run through how to change the primary contact in a lead.
In IRE BDM you can change the Primary Contact on a lead by clicking on the relevant lead from your Summary Screen.
1. Navigate to IRE BDM > Leads > Leads.
2. Click on the contact’s name.
3. Once in the lead you can navigate to the 2nd Contact, and then tick the box to make it the Primary Contact.
