Control the ability to apply without inspecting

This article will run through how to enable settings for prospect tenants to apply for a property without inspecting.   

1. Navigate to Settings > Applications > General, scroll down to Allow Tenants to Apply Before Inspection click No, yes, From Property (Off) and From Property (On). Click Save. 

Note:

• No - restricts tenants being able to apply for a property without inspecting first, unless a code is provided to them.
• Yes - allows tenants to apply for the property without inspecting first.
• From Property (Default Off) - defaults will be set when the property is added to the on list.
• From Property (Default On) - defaults will be set when the property is added to the on list.
   

2. To enable this setting for select properties, navigate to Properties > Rentals, and click on the property you wish to access

3. Within the Leasing tab, click Inspection Options, select the 'Allow Applications Before Inspections' checkbox.

• And then click Save.
