Create New Users in KeyWhere


 

 

This article will guide you through creating a new user in KeyWhere. There are two ways to perform this in the system:

Note: The information found in this article relates to only having the KeyWhere system active with no IRE (InspectRealEstate) services linked. 

 

Option 1:

1. Navigate to Team.

 

2. Select New Member. 

 

3. This will open the New Team Member page. Fill in the relevant details and preferences, and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process. 


4. To save the new user, click 'Create' at the bottom left of the screen. If you are creating multiple users in one session, it may be useful to check 'Create another' at the bottom right before clicking 'Create.'

Enabling this option will ensure that after clicking 'Create,' you are taken directly to a new 'Create User' screen, rather than back to the Settings page.

 

Option 2:

1. Navigate to Settings.

 

2. Navigate to Admin Manage Users. Select the New User button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

 

3. This will open the New Team Member page. Fill in the relevant details and preferences, and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.

 

4. To save the new user, click 'Create' at the bottom left of the screen. If you are creating multiple users in one session, it may be useful to check 'Create another' at the bottom right before clicking 'Create.'

Enabling this option will ensure that after clicking 'Create,' you are taken directly to a new 'Create User' screen, rather than back to the Settings page.

 

Note: For newly invited users, please check your inbox for a welcome email. This email will contain a link to the website and a temporary password, which you will be prompted to change upon signing in.
