Create a Tenant Agreement using an Approved Application from Reapit Lettings to Reapit PM
This article will guide you through the process of creating a tenant agreement in Reapit PM following the successful approval of an applicant in Reapit Lettings.

Step-by-Step
Enabling the Integration in Reapit PM
- Navigate to Marketplace.
- Navigate to PM & Lettings.
- Click Add to Reapit PM.
- Select Existing Client.
- Click Next.
- Click Copy key to clipboard.
- Click Next.

Enabling the Integration in Reapit Lettings
- Navigate to Reapit Integrations.
- Click Edit.
- Paste in the Reapit PM API Key.
- Click to enable Tenancy Data and Tenancy Summary.
- Click Save.

- Navigate to Settings.
- Navigate to Applications and select Status Rules
- Navigate to Send Applications to Reapit PM.
- Click the drop-down and select Waiting Payment/Approved.

Note: Once a successful applicant is created in Reapit PM, a Tenancy Summary will be automatically generated and stored in the Documents tab. To manage the content included in this summary, navigate to Settings > Applications > General and adjust the Application Summaries settings. These controls allow you to include or exclude specific information, such as driver's licence or passport details, based on your state's privacy and security legislation requirements.
Enabling the Integration in Reapit Lettings
- From the application, update the status to Waiting Payment/Approved.
- Search and select the property under the Matching Property drop-down.
- Click Use Selected Property.

- Click on the contact drop-down and select the contact if there is a match for the applicant
- If there is no matching contact, click Create Contact.
- Click Use Selected Contact.

- The Status Change Wizard will update the status of the application.
- Click Next.

- Enter the required information including:

- Lease Start Date
- Lease Term
- Lease End Date
- Achieved Rent
- Bond Amount
- Payment Reference

- Select who you want the Status Change Notifications to be sent to.
- Click Next.

- Make any adjustments to the message to be sent.
- Click Send Update.

- Click OK to confirm sending selected notifications.

- Confirmation of the status updates being sent will appear.
- Click OK.

Viewing the Tenant Agreement in Reapit PM
- Navigate to Properties.
- Navigate to Residential.
- Search and select the Property.
- Click to View All tenancies.
- Click on the Tenant Agreement.

- The newly created agreement will appear.
- Click Setup.

Note: Tenancies that have been created from Reapit Lettings will have the Agreement Reference automatically generated in the process. If you have a unique way of handling your agreement references or would simply like to change it, navigate and click on Edit to make the change. This can be done before or after the Tenant Agreement completion step.
- Complete Tenancy Setup will display.
- If the agreement is an upcoming tenancy, the Schedule Entry Inspection option will appear.
- Enter in the desired time and date.
- You can also schedule the first routine inspection.

- If you have Console Pay enabled, you can create a new Console Pay schedule with the Tenant by clicking Setup.

- Click to invite tenant to the Tenant App.
- Click to allow tenant leads to be submitted to Move Me In.
- Click Save.

- You will be returned to the Tenant Agreement with a completed setup.
- A copy of the tenants application summary from Reapit Lettings will be available under Documents.
