The Daily Totals page offers a comprehensive overview of daily real estate activities, including the number of properties listed, available inspections, buyer inquiries, buyers waiting, and scheduled future inspections. This information is instrumental in identifying the busiest days of the week and allocating resources accordingly.
1. To access, navigate to Reports > Sales and select Daily Totals. The page features a table with thirteen columns, detailing various aspects of properties, buyers, and inspections.
Note: Each row in the table corresponds to a specific date and day, populated with relevant data. The system automatically generates new entries at midnight each day.
2. For customisation options such as adjusting which columns are displayed or their order, refer to the Column Chooser guide. Sorting the data can be easily managed by clicking on the desired column title. A single click sorts the data from lowest to highest, oldest to newest, or alphabetically (A-Z).
Note: Clicking the same title again reverses the order, sorting from highest to lowest, newest to oldest, or in reverse alphabetical order (Z-A).
