This article will run through how to display external statuses on the 2Apply dashboard.
1. Navigate to Messages > Applications > Statuses & Applications.
2. On the left-hand side, navigate to the statuses you would like to update.
3. Change it to the appropriate status.
4. Click Save.
Note: Once these are set up, the tenant dashboard will reflect these external statuses giving a clear indication of the progress.
