Enquiry Email Forwarding Setup - All Emails (Outlook)


 

This article will run through how to set up Email Forwarding from an Outlook email account. This will redirect ALL emails from the nominated inbox to Inspect Real Estate to process as an enquiry. Do not use this option if the inbox receives any emails other than enquiry emails.

 

1. Go to www.office365.com.au and sign in using your email credentials. Alternatively if you are using the latest version of Outlook you may be able to complete the following steps from within Outlook on your computer.

 

2. Click on the Settings cog wheel in the bar at the top of the screen.

3. Select Mail and Forwarding.

4. Tick the Enable forwarding box and enter in the email address <AccountName>@mail.inspectrealestate.com.au. If you wish to keep a copy of all forwarded messages, tick the additional box.

5. When you navigate away from this page you will be prompted to Save your changes. Click Save.
