How Tenants Can Enter Their Own Enquiries
This article will run through how tenants can enter their own enquiries.
1. People can enter their own enquiries through the ‘Register’ Screen.
2. Usually, they can access the register screen by using the Book Inspection button on your website or it will be within the automated responses. 
From your website, the tenant can go to your rental listings on your site. Each listing should have a Book Inspection button.
3. When the potential tenant clicks this button, they will be shown the register screen. They can then see available inspection times, and book themselves into a time that suits.
4. Once they book in, they receive a confirmation notification by email and/or SMS.
5. If there are no times, they can still enter their details, we’ll contact them to confirm their details have been recorded and will contact them as soon as a time is available.
