How To Add A Property Image Onto Your Tenant Registration Screen And Weekly Owner Report

This article will run through how to add a property image onto your tenant registration screen and weekly owner report.

If we have not received a property image from your XML feed, you can manually link to a property picture. This picture is shown on the Tenant Registration Screen and Weekly Owner Report.

Copy Location of Property Image

1. Go to your website, and bring up the property listing that you would like to add the image for. Right click on the property image, a menu will then appear.

2. Depending on the Internet Browser you use, the option you need to select will be one of the following:

Copy shortcut (for Internet Explorer)
Copy image location (for Firefox)
Copy image address (for Chrome)
Copy image address (for Safari)

Paste the Image Location link into InspectReal Estate

1. In InspectRealEstate, go to the ‘Edit Property’ screen, and select the Marketing > Media tab.

2. Upload the images that you would like for the property. The First Image used in this section will update the Property Image at the top of this section for the property and will also be included in the Owner's Weekly Report.
