How to Add an Application
You can add an application against a property manually in the account in one of two ways.
1. Option A: Click Create New.

2. Option B: Click Letting > Applications > Properties > Applications > 3 Action Dots > New Application.

3. Click New Application under Applicant Details Information complete prospective tenant & application details.
- Enter mobile number, click the refresh icon to filter through tenant personal details if previously inquired. Click Save, then click OK when prompted.

Note: Send to Move Me In and Tenant Interested in Move Me In will only be visible as options if configured on your account.
4. Click the Activity tab to view existing notes, click into New Note table, add a new note and click Add (click the Visible to Owner checkbox if required)

Note: To edit, delete or pin notes, click on the 3 Action Dots to the right of the published note.
5. Click down arrow selector to select Assigned Staff and Status. Click into Tasks / Warnings, to add and view warnings and tasks checklist (click Flagged to add flag notes).
Throughout the account you can click the ⦠Action Dots to perform different tasks such as database checks, sending apply links etc.

6. Click Application Info. Select Payment Period, then Payment Method. Click Generate.
You can send an SMS/ email by clicking Ask Owner Approval, as well as upload a file and view terms & conditions.
