How to Add an External Video Tour Link to a Property (eg. Youtube link)
This article will run through how to add an external video tour link to a property.
1. Navigate to Letting > Summary > Inspection Summary.

2. Select your property and go to the Marketing tab. Paste the video link into the Video Tour Link section.
3. Once you have added the link against the property, you then need to ensure the video merge field {VideoTourLink} is included in the messages that go out, otherwise the video won't be visible.
4. If you intend to have a video for all your properties then you can alter the over-all office templates to include the merge field.
5. If you do not intend to have a video for all your properties, it's a good idea to alter the messages on a per property bases.
6. To add the video link to certain properties only, go to the Events & Statuses > ROL Events tab within the property edit page.
7. For this example, we want to include the video tour link when someone inquires and there are no inspection times available. Select the event from the drop-down box & click Add Event.
8. From here we can then go ahead and edit the message and add in the video merge field. Click Edit Messages.
9. Select Tenant, Agent, or Owner.
10. Edit the email or SMS and add in the merge field called {VideoTourLink}
10. Once done, don't forget to click Save.
