This article will run through how to add property specific Not Available Times for an Ideal Week. Adding not available times for a property is useful to block out certain times that you are unable to show that specific property.
1. Navigate to Letting > Summary > Inspection Summary, select the appropriate property.
2. Then scroll to the Not Available Times section.
3. To add a new Not Available time, click the Actions > New Entry button and choose the date, and time that you are unable to attend, for example, Friday between 12pm - 2pm.
4. If you would like to make this a recurring event, you can click the Actions > Duplicate link.
Note: This will give you an option to repeat the non-available time weekly or you can choose to make it a daily occurrence
5. You can also add a date when the Not Available Time will finish. You can choose the vacate date or choose a date of your own which has a maximum of 3 months from the date it is created.
Note: Once you have chosen your date range, all the not available times will be displayed for that property.
