How to Advise Waiting Tenants of an Inspection Time


 

This article will run through how to advise waiting tenants of an inspection time.

When enquiries are received, the system sends an automatic response based on whether there are inspection times available or not. If there are no times available to view, that person is notified and is classified as a ‘Waiting Tenant’.

 

1. Navigate to Letting > Enquiries (Tenants) > Tenants

2. From here, look at the Status Group and Status Details and you will see if the prospect is registered for an inspection and if not and the current status of their prospect.

3. To process these enquiries, you need to set up a time for that enquiry to book into. 

Note: This could be an open inspection time, or private inspection, or a calendar/ideal week time. 

 

4. Once the inspection has been created, the system can automatically advise waiting tenants.
