This article will run through how to automatically make a Tenant Inactive when marked as Not Applying.
To help manage your tenant database and keep it up to date, you can now turn on a setting to automatically inactivate a tenant upon selecting they aren't interested in a property or "Not Applying" from MobileROL.
1. This setting can be found under Settings > Letting > General > Inspections.
2. Tick on the setting called Inactivate Not Applying Tenants.
3. Now when marking off tenants as not applying in Mobile ROL it will then automatically make their tenant enquiry inactive in your tenant database.
