This article will run through how to check who cancelled an inspection within your account.
1. Navigate to Letting > Inspections > Inspections, select Cancelled by and Cancellation Reason from the Column Chooser.
Note: When a prospective tenant initiates a cancellation through your agency, the system will display relevant data within the grid to provide insights. Conversely, if the cancellation of the inspection is executed by your agency noted under Cancelled by the system will record and list the name of the staff member responsible, along with the date and time of the cancellation. In this instance, the reason for the cancellation will not be recorded in this scenario.
