How to Create an Owner Video Report
This article will run through how to create an owner video report.
In addition to sending out a PDF full owner report or the quick report via MobileROL, there is the option to send a video report.
The video can be created onsite via MobileROL with your device, or you can upload an existing video you have saved.
The owner report contains a video link and can be sent to the owner via email or SMS - depending on your office settings.
To send a video report, complete the usual steps when documenting your inspection via MobileROL; checking people in & saving inspection etc.
Once you've saved your inspection information, click on the report icon that will appear at the top left-hand side.
Note: The report icon will only appear when inspection data has been saved)
1. Click on Owner Video Report.
2. From here, click on Select Owner Video Report to upload an existing video or film a new one with your device.
3. Once you have uploaded your video, you will be able to preview it before sending. Once you are ready to send it, click on Send Owner Video Report
4. The video report will be sent based off your office template settings that are in Messages > Letting > Inspected Owners under Owner/Agent Report.
