How to create and manage key cabinets
This article will run through how to create and manage key cabinets within your account.
1. Navigate to Panels, and select Key Cabinet List.

2. Click the designated button to create a new cabinet.

3. Enter the name of the key cabinet and input the values for Order, First Number, Rows, and Columns in the respective numeric fields.
- Click Save.

Note: Hover your cursor over the Information Icon to learn more about each designated field.

Note: If necessary, you can modify the cabinet details or remove the cabinet from your account by clicking on the three action dots and selecting the appropriate icon.
4. To access the appropriate cabinet, navigate to the Key Cabinets tab and select the desired cabinet from the dropdown menu.

5. Below is a visual representation of your key cabinet reflecting each key within your office.

Note: To add more keys, click on the tile labeled 'New Key' and follow the prompts.
Keys will automatically assign if the number attached to the system matches the number in the relevant position.
