How to Disable and/or Delete a User

This article will run through how to disable and or delete a user.

1. Navigate to Settings > Admin > Manage Users

2. Select the User from the list and then click on Disable User

3. Once disabled, you can delete the user if desired by selecting the name in the list again and then clicking Delete User.

*Note: a user needs to be disabled before it can be deleted.

4. If a user's access has been disabled, they will encounter the Access Denied screen when attempting to log in.
