This article will run through how to disable the REA button per listing agent.
The REA ‘Request an inspection’ button appears on your realestate.com.au page and allows prospective tenants to book in for inspections that have already been created, or to enquire about the property in general.
This button is usually enabled for all listings within your office, however, if a particular listing agent doesn't want this button on their listings, it can be deactivated.
1. To deactivate, navigate to People > Team > Rentals.
2. Once on this page, scroll to the right and find the column that says, Disable REA Btn.
3. Click the tick box on the team member that wishes to disable the button, then hit save. The button will not be displayed on the listings where this team member is set as the listing agent.
