This article will run through how to edit the status messages for applications, add an attachment or the rental list within your account.
1. Navigate to Messages > Applications > Statuses and Applications, click on the Template Category on the left-hand side scroll down to the appropriate Statuses Table, and click Edit Messages.

Note: To enable customisation, you can set dynamic placeholders in your templates that automatically insert personalised information for each recipient. Simply scroll down and select a Merge Field to include.
2. To add an attachment, navigate to Messages > Applications > Statuses and Applications, click on Email Attachments, click Upload Attachment to upload the file, then press Upload/Update File and click Save.

3. You will see that the Rental List is already there, this is automatically generated and updated every day.
