How To Edit An Application Status Message and Add an Attachment or the Rental List


 

 

This article will run through how to edit the status messages for applications, add an attachment or the rental list within your account.

 

1. Navigate to Messages > Applications > Statuses and Applications, click on the Template Category on the left-hand side scroll down to the appropriate Statuses Table, and click Edit Messages.

  • Click the Contact Type, edit the text within the Email and/ or SMS table, click Save once completed. To revert to the original template, click Reset to Default.

Note: To enable customisation, you can set dynamic placeholders in your templates that automatically insert personalised information for each recipient. Simply scroll down and select a Merge Field to include. 

 

2. To add an attachment, navigate to Messages > Applications > Statuses and Applications, click on Email Attachments, click Upload Attachment to upload the file, then press Upload/Update File and click Save.

3. You will see that the Rental List is already there, this is automatically generated and updated every day.

  • To incorporate any of your attachments, including the Rental List, into an email, return to the Template Category and choose the desired message to attach the file and click Edit Message.
  • Click the Email Attachments selection dropdown select the file(s) and click Add, then Save.
