How To Edit An Existing Inspection


 

 

This article will run through how to edit an existing inspection in your account. 

1. For registered prospects to be informed of the change, navigate to Messages > Letting > Registered, select/ deselect the appropriate checkboxes in Agent Changed Inspection Time. Click Save once completed. 

  • If you register a new tenant or cancel a tenant out of an inspection, they can be automatically advised once you click Save.

2. Navigate to Letting > Inspections > Inspections.

Note: for access to the most current inspection details, navigate by clicking any location within the property inspection grid. Refrain from clicking directly on the Property Address to prevent unintentional navigation to a different section of your account. Ensure precise cursor placement for accurate, efficient access to the information required.

3. Edit the details appropriate within the Add Inspection field, such as Date, Start Time or Duration, click Save once completed.
