How To Enable Owner Report Email And SMS
 This article will run through how to enable owner report email and SMS.
 
For you to email an owner an inspection report directly from an inspection, the following settings need to be in place:
- The owner needs to be setup in the system.
- The owner notification messages need to be enabled in the ‘Event Editor’.
- Onsite Owner Report needs to be enabled.
Below will explain how to enable the owner notification messages for reports in the Event Editor.
1. Navigate to the Event Editor screen by going to Messages > Letting > Inspected - Owners.
- Here you control what messages are turned on for the Inspection Report events.
- There are three inspection reports: Quick Report, Owner Report, Owner Weekly Report.
In this example:
1.  The email and SMS notifications are turned on for the Owner Quick Report.
2. But are not turned on for the Owner Weekly Report and Owner/Agent Report.
 
3. You can enable or disable the email and/or SMS by ticking or un-ticking the email or SMS checkbox for that report.
- Make sure after changing any settings you press the Save button.
