How to Mark an Inquiry Inactive 



This article will run through how to mark an inquiry as inactive within your account.

 

1. Navigiate to Sales > Summary, click on the number displayed in either the "Buyers Waiting" or "Buyers Not Reg" columns.

 

2. Adjacent to the inquiry you wish to deactivate, click the 3 Action Dots and select the designated option.

 

3. A confirmation message will appear. Select if action relates to the specified inquiry, or all related inquiries and then click OK to confirm.
