1. As a Diamond-level user, proceed to Settings > Lettings > General and access the Inspections section. Here, activate the desired options by ticking the corresponding boxes.
2. For the Automatically Re-Advise Not Registered Tenants option, upon selection, a text field will become available. This allows you to configure the frequency and specific times for automatically advising unregistered tenants about upcoming inspections.
Note: Inputting a number in the Limit Auto Re-Advise to Past field sets a time limit for including inquiries in these notifications. It is recommended to specify a relatively short period to ensure that only interested tenants, who have recently inquired, receive these communications.
3. Navigate to Letting > Summary > Inspection Summary, in the Tenants Not Reg column, click on the corresponding entry for the relevant property that displays a value greater than zero.
4. Choose properties individually or select all by clicking the Page checkbox at the top left. Then click the Clock Icon to re-advise prospects of inspection times.
5. A popup message confirming that action completed. Click OK.
