How to Reassign an Unresponsive RFID Key Tag

This article will run through how to reassign an unresponsive RFID key tag within your account.

1. From the Dashboard, either search for the property address or key number in the designated search bar.

2. Within the Key Details section, click Untag. Once completed, the key will be marked as 'Not Tagged'.

Note: Once this set has been completed, ensure you remove the key from the RFID tag.

3. Click the 3 Action Lines, Adjacent to the Magnifying glass icon > Panels, and select Panels.

• On your panel, select a new position to assgn the key.

4. Click Assign Key.

• Enter either the key number or property address, select the checkbox adjacent and click Assign Key.

5. After completing this action, your panel position should display a stable green color, indicating that the key has been successfully assigned.
