How to Remove a Duplicate Key
This article will run through how to remove a duplicate key within your account.
Note: Occasionally, when attempting to add a key to a rental property, you may receive a message indicating that the key is already assigned elsewhere.

1. Navigate to Properties > Rentals, set the dropdown to 'All', then select 'All' from the Keys dropdown. Click Search to identify the property with the assigned key number.

2. Navigate to the Main Data tab of the desired property, click on Access.
- In the Keys section, click Remove to unassign the key number. Once done, click Save and Close.
