How to Review Agreement Change Requests in Reapit Forms


 

This article will guide you through reviewing agreement change requests in Reapit Forms. 

 

1. The user assigned to the agreement will receive an email to notify them that a change request has been submitted and to review the document. Click Review Document.

 


 

Alternatively, Search and Select the agreement with the Blocked status.

 

 

2. The agreement will open with the icon displaying which section(s) the change request is against.

 

 

3. For any sections where a change request that requires a resolution appears, click Edit.

 

 

4. The unresolved request will appear along with the comments left by the applicant. The requested changes are not automatically applied to the agreement. It is recommended to confirm that the information is correct or make amendments if the requested changes are appropriate. Once you are finished, click Resolve.

 

 

5. The agreement will return to the Draft status and any resolved actions will appear in the activity log.

 

 

6. Click Send to reissue the agreement to the applicant.

 

 

7. Select the link expiry duration from the drop-down.

8. Click Send.
