This article will run through how to send a message to buyers in the database.
1. Go to the ‘Buyers’ screen by navigating to Sales > Enquiries (Buyers) > Buyers.

2. You can filter these enquiries by using the grey search bar at the top of the screen. You can then select the people you wish to contact, using the select checkbox.
Note: The ‘Select All’ checkbox (which is the first box in the row), will select all entries on the current page only. If you have 50 entries, and your page size is 10 – the Select All checkbox will select the 10 entries displayed on that page. You can increase the page size if required.
3. Once you have selected who you will be messaging, press the contact envelope icon.
4. A message box will then appear with an Email and SMS tab.
5. You can then enter your message content (available replacement words will be displayed underneath).
6. Once you have typed your message – hit the Send button.
Merge Fields
These will be replaced with information from the database when you send the message. For example:
Hi {BuyerFirstName}, thank you for your enquiry on {PropertyAddress}.
Will become:
Hi Ruan, thank you for your enquiry on 24 Smith Place, Carindale.
