How to Send an Entry Notice


 

 

This article will run through how to send an entry notice.  

 

Note: If you do not see the following Entry Notice tab in your account, please contact your account manager or the support team.

 

1. Navigate to Letting > Inspections > Entry Notice Log.

2. Here, you will see a list of your current entry notices.

3. To send an entry notice directly out of the system, the tenants’ details must first be in IRE.   

 

4. Select the Action dots on the far right and then Edit/View.

5. Once edited if needed, press the Save & Print.

6. Download or Print.

7. Either send in the mail or attach downloaded copy to an email.
