This article will run through how to send follow up messages to Tenants in MobileROL.
1. Navigate to My Run.
2. Click on the Property address.
3. Once you record and then save your inspection results, the PDF icon will appear. Press the PDF icon to access the inspection reports for that inspection.
4. Press the Tenant Messages button, tenants you recorded inspection results for will be listed. Tenants will receive messages based on their status (Un-tick to stop a message being sent). The messages send will be based on your Event Editor settings for “Inspected – Tenants” events.
