How to Sync Inspections into your Email Calendar


 

This article will run through how to sync inspections from your account to your Office 365 and/ or Gmail email calendar.

 

1.Contact your account manager to enable the correct integration.

2.Once step 1 has been completed, navigate to People > Team > Rentals.

 

3.If using an Office 365 account, click Office 365 Calendar, if using a Gmail account, click Google Calendar.

Configuring your staff Office 365 accounts

1. Enter the staff members’ email account. 

2. Click Authorise.

3. You will be directed to your office 365 account, when prompted login as normal.

4. Click Accept to accept permissions.

Note: Once completed you will see a successful notification pop-up in your Inspect Realestate account.

5. Finally, select/ deselect the settings required for your staff members’ synchronisation, click Save.

Configuring your staff Google Gmail account

1. Enter the staff members’ email account

2. Click Authorise.

3. You will be directed to your Google account, when prompted login as normal, click Next.

4. Click Allow to accept permissions.

Note: Once completed you will see a successful notification pop-up in your Inspect Realestate account. 

5. Finally, select/ deselect the settings required for your staff members’ synchronisation, click Save.
