This article will run through how to undo a user lockout.
1. To undo a locked-out user, navigate to Settings > Admin > Mange Users.

2. Within the Manage Users page, locate the locked-out user in the User Administration box, then select the user by left clicking on their name within the box below the Filter. Once selected click on the Undo Lockout button.

3. A pop up will appear requesting you to confirm the undo lockout for this user. Simply click OK.
