How to Update an Existing Applicant


This article will run through how to edit an existing application in your account.   

 

1. Navigate to Letting > Applications > Properties.

 

2. Select Applications.

Note: You can follow a flexible path when navigating through the system, either using Letting > Applications > Properties > Applications or the more direct route Letting > Applications > Applications. Both approaches will lead you to the same destination.

 

3. click on the App.ID to access the Applicant Summary.

 

4. Click the Pencil Icon within the section you wish to edit (for example Financial Details).

 

4. Enter the data as per the designated fields, click Save once completed.

 

Note: The captured data will now be stored into the appropriate sections, where it can be further modified or deleted as necessary.
