Inserting an Image
1. To insert an image into a message template, first navigate to the template you would like to edit.
2. Individual email signatures can be edited from the Edit Team Member page, which is found by first going to the Team page, finding the appropriate team member, and clicking the edit button from the drop-down ellipses.

3. All other message templates can be accessed from the Settings page. Once there, choose the type of template to edit (Rentals or Sales), then choosing the specific template to edit from the menu.

4. Once the appropriate text editor is up, ensure the cursor is where you would like the image to be, then simply copy and paste the image into the field. If you would like to customise your image before inserting it, click the image icon from the ellipses drop-down menu in the top-right corner.

5. You will then be taken to the insert/edit image menu. If you would like to upload an image from your computer, click 'Upload' and either browse for an image or drag and drop into the window.

6. This will autofill the source, width, and height in the 'General' menu.

7. If you would like to link to an image hosted on the web, simply copy and paste the URL of the image into the 'Source' section, and width and height will be entered automatically.
Adding Descriptions
1. The 'Alternative Description' field is used to allow vision-impaired people to know the contents of the image when using screen-readers.

2. To add an alternative description to an image, simply click in 'Alternative Description' text field and type out a concise, descriptive summary of what is shown in the image.
Resizing an Image
1. Images can be resized (scaling to maintain their original proportions) by clicking and dragging a corner of the image. Alternatively, for more fine control, images can be resized by changing the 'Width' or 'Height' values in the insert menu.

2. By default, these values will scale with each other to preserve the image's original proportions (i.e. if you give the image a new height that is twice the old one, the width will also be doubled.) If you would like to change the proportions of the image, click the lock symbol to the right of the text fields.

3. The symbol will change to an open lock, and you will be able to change the scale of the image.
Editing an Image
1. To edit an image after it has been inserted, simply click on the image, then on the 'insert/edit image' icon, as you would when inserting an image.

Advanced Options
1. Advanced options allow you to change the style of the image, add vertical or horizontal padding, and add or customise the image's border. This functionality is limited, however, and we recommend changing the look of the image in your own image editor before inserting, rather than editing after insertion.

2. The 'Style' field allows the insertion of CSS code to customise the look of the image (e.g. border-style, border-width, etc.)

3. The Vertical and Horizontal Space fields allow the addition of padding (empty space) around the image.

4. The Border Width and Border Style fields allow the addition of a border around the image which will be applied before any padding.
