IRE BDM leads generated from applications for private landlords

 

This article will run through how leads generate from applications for private inspections. 

 

1. To turn on this setting go to Settings > IRE BDM > BDM.

 

2. Activate the Applications - Tenant message and set up a status and a source for this lead. I would recommend using the Application Events for the Statuses and the Sources. Once this is actioned, save the section to your account.

  • The Application Lead Source sets the default source for leads generated from the application.
  • The Application Lead Status sets the default status for leads generated from the application.

 

3. When an applicant lists a private landlord (either current or previous) in the Residential History in 2Apply, the lead will display in IRE BDM this will include the App ID and applicant names.

 

4. The Contact/History will show a note that this lead was created by an application.
