This article will run through how to hide the Property Address from the Listing in Lettings so the address is not included in the automated emails and messages.
1. Navigate to Letting > Summary > Inspection Summary and click on the property you wish to hide the address for.
2. Navigate to Main Data and enter in a “Short Display Address” to be used in SMS and hit Save.
Now that you have updated the address you will need to update the Event messages and Statuses for that property.
1. Within the property navigate to Events & Statuses.
2. Use the drop down to select the event you wish to edit and hit Add Event.
3. Edit the email and SMS template replacing the {PropertyAddress} merge field with {DisplayAddress} or {ShortDisplayAddress} and hit Save.
*Note: You may also chose to remove the {PropertyMapLink} merge field from the message at this time.
