Leads Activity Tab

The leads Activity Screen shows activities associated with the Lead. You also have the ability to log a Note, Call, Email or SMS against the lead.


 

 

1. Navigate to Lettings BDM > Leads > Leads. Click on the Lead from the lead grid.

 

 

 

2. Click on Activity.

 

 

 

3. The Lead Activity screen will display all Activities by Default. You can filter visible activities by All, Status Changes or General Notes.

 

 

 

4. To add a new note, Click on Add Note.

 

 

 

5. In the Add Note drawer, select the Note Type and complete the available fields before clicking on Add.

 

 

 

6. The added note will appear on the Timeline.
