This article will run through how to Link Leads within IREBDM
1. Navigate to IREBDM > Leads > Leads
2. In the row of the lead you would like to keep, select the Action button > Link
3. This will prompt a pop up to select the 2nd lead to link.
4. Select which lead is to be linked. Once Link has been pressed, each set of contact information will be added to the other lead as a second contact.
5. The lead information will also be added in the Linked Leads section at the bottom of the lead.
Note: More than one link can also be added by selecting the Link button in the grid view on the Leads summary page and choosing another lead to link. This will load the newest link into both of the originally linked leads, resulting in all three leads containing the information for the other two leads, as well as its own original information.
