Linking/Unlinking Team Members and Users


 

 

 

This article will run through how to link or unlink team members and users.

 

Linking/Unlinking a User From a Team Member

1. Firstly, access the team page. Clicking on Team on the sidebar will access the Teams page. 

 

2. Navigate to the Team member you would like to Link/Unlink from an associated user. Find the action column on the right-hand side and click the three dots within that column to edit that team member.  

 

3. Navigate to the 'Associated user' option and use the drop-down box to select/deselect the user you would like to link to the team member selected. Once completed, select save at the bottom of the page. 

 

 

Linking/Unlinking a Team Member From a User

1. Firstly, access the settings page. Clicking on Settings on the sidebar will access the Settings page. 

 

2. Navigate to the Admin tab. Clicking on Manage Users will access the Manage Users Page. 

 

3. Find the User that you would like to edit in order to Link/Unlink from a Team Member. Then click the Edit button to Edit that User.

 

4. Navigate to the Associated Team Member Option and Link/Unlink the Team Member to the User you have chosen. Once completed, click the save button.
