Logging in to InspectRealEstate


 

This guide outlines the processes for logging in, resetting passwords, and managing users in the InspectRealEstate system.

 

1. Accessing the Login Page
Navigate to https://inspectrealestate.com.au/Identity/Account/LogIn 

  • Enter your Agency name, username and password in the designated fields.
  • Click Log In to access your account.

 

2. Resetting Your Password
The password reset process is designed for simplicity and security. On the login page, click the Forgot Password? link.

 

3. Enter your Agency Name and Username and click Reset Password.

  • You will receive an email containing a password reset link. This link is valid for 24 hours or until your password is successfully changed.
  • Click the link in the email, create a new password, and confirm it. 

 

 

3. Managing Users
The user management process has been consolidated for better clarity and control. To reset a user’s password, navigate to Settings > Admin, and select Manage Users.

 

4. Locate the user’s account and select the option to Reset Password.

  • The system will generate a secure reset link, and send it directly to your email. This link prevents password reuse, enhancing security.
