Managing Users in Reapit Lettings with Reapit Connect


 

This article explains how to manage user accounts in Reapit Lettings with Reapit Connect enabled.

 

1. The user management process has been consolidated for better clarity and control. To reset a user’s password, navigate to Settings > Admin, and select Manage Users.

Note: You will need Diamond permission status to access Settings.

 

2. To manage user accounts for password resets or to view authentication details, navigate to Manage Users.

 

3. Navigate to the Admin tab and click the three action dots to the right of the user to Fetch Current Authenticators or Reset Password.

 

4. A new temporary password will be sent to the user. 

 

5. Enter the temporary password and click Sign in.

 

6. Enter the new password. The password must meet the requirements; otherwise, you will not be able to proceed. Click Send to complete the process.

 

7. The password will be updated, and you will be signed in to your office.
