Managing Users in KeyWhere with Reapit Connect


 

This article explains how to manage user accounts in KeyWhere with Reapit Connect enabled.

 

  1. To manage users and passwords, navigate to Settings.

  2. Navigate to Admin.
  3. Click Manage Users.


     
  4. Click on the New User drop-down.
  5. Click Manage Users.



    Note: You will need Diamond permission status to access Settings.
     
  6. Navigate to the Admin tab and click the three action dots to the right of the user to Fetch Current Authenticators or Reset Password.


     
  7. A new temporary password will be sent to the user.


     
  8. Enter the temporary password.
  9. Click Sign in.


     
  10. Enter the new password. The password must meet the requirements; otherwise, you will not be able to proceed. Click Send to complete the process.


     
  11. The password will be updated, and you will be signed in to your office.
